Ming-Han first learned of Citrus College while still in High School. A former teacher mentioned the opportunities available at Citrus College and he was intrigued. After further investigation, Ming-Han found Citrus College appealing for its small class sizes and cozy, easily traversed campus. After nearly two years studying remotely, he is excited and enjoying the on-campus experience.
“It feels like really going to school.”
Ming-Han plans to transfer out to UCI to pursue a degree in Business Administration and is considering an MBA after that.

The ISC Fall 2022 orientation is coming up fast. New students must attend the in-person event or review the material online before classes start August 29. We have a lot of important and useful information to share with you regarding your studies in the US. Make sure you’re there on Thursday, August 25 @ 1pm in SS165. You should already be on campus for Welcome Day, simply come on over to the ISC in the Student Services building and we’ll be there to greet you.

Welcome Day is August 25
This month is packed with save the dates for Citrus College students. One of the most noteworthy events is the 2022 Fall Welcome Day on Thursday, August 25 from 9am - 1pm at the Campus Mall. Prepare for college success at this informative and fun on-campus event! You will learn about academic programs, career and transfer services, the honors program, and more. Lunch will be provided and Citrus College swag bags will be available for all attendees.

New ISC Counselor!
This August the ISC is happy to welcome a new face to the team. Anthony Giamalva is joining the ISC team as the new full-time ISC Counselor. Some of you may recognize the new ISC counselor as a member of the counselling faculty. Anthony has been an adjunct counselor at Citrus College for years and even worked in the ISC as a part-time counselor in the past.
He starts accepting appointments on August 19. We look forward to officially welcoming Anthony to the team this fall.
