An Portrait

Name:  An Nguyen
Country: Vietnam
Major: Physical Science

An graduated in 2020 and transferred to Cal Poly Pomona as a Chemical Engineering major. Recently, An graduated Valedictorian, the highest academic achiever of that year’s class, from Cal Poly Pomona and has gone on to begin his career as a Proposal Engineer working on clean energy solutions. In addition to his hard work, An credits the academic counseling at Citrus and the support of programs such as the STEM Center, Writing Center, and ISC for his transfer success.

“I felt well prepared for the classes at CPP thanks to my experience at Citrus College.“

We are so proud of An and can’t wait to see what he will do next.

ISC News

In the ISC, we’re gearing up for an exciting Spring 2024. This year brings the Year of the Dragon with its associated strength, good fortune, and success. We can’t wait to kick off 2024 and Spring ISC events. This year, we’ll embark on a hike in March. If you attended last year, you’ll recall it was quite the adventure. In April, the ISC Owl Hunt returns. And that’s just the beginning. Stay tuned for more ISC events as we dive into the new semester.
