Name: Christopher Schradieck

Major: Recording Arts Technology

Christopher is a first-year recording arts student from Canada. His love of music and experience as a DJ made the choice of major a simple one. He intends to master the skill of audio engineering and eventually his dream is to work with small bands just getting started and bring their music to life. When asked what Christopher was most excited for at Citrus and the ISC, he mentioned the annual ISC Nature Walk, which is one of our favorites as well, and the Citrus community where he can embrace his passions and flourish in a welcoming environment. ISC News

Fall 2025 is approaching and exciting things are happening at the ISC! First, the ISC Orientation for new students is on Wednesday, August 21, at 1 PM. Citrus College Welcome Day for Fall 2025 is also on Wednesday, August 21, from 9 AM to 2 PM. Don’t miss the welcome day events at the Campus Center. We can’t wait to meet all of you and welcome you to Citrus College! We hope everyone had a fantastic summer. 

Mean Girls Stage Performance

In the last few days of July, the campus came alive with a fantastic production of the stage adaptation of Mean Girls. The talented cast brought the iconic characters to life with wit, charm, and incredible energy. From laugh-out-loud moments to heartfelt scenes, the performance dazzled the Haugh Performing Arts Center. A special highlight was seeing one of our very own international students, Miho Obata, take the stage, showcasing not only their acting chops but also the global spirit of our campus community. 
Bravo to the entire cast and crew!

ISC Beach Party

The ISC Beach Party is this month! Seating on the bus is limited. Do not wait to sign up. Space will go fast. Tell your friends and sign up for FREE on the ISC Portal now! We are going to Huntington Beach across the street from the Pacific Coast Shopping Center off the Pacific Coast Highway. We will set up south of the pier at one of the fire pits. Food, refreshments, and many fun beach games will be provided. Sign up on the ISC Portal today and don’t miss out on this epic event!
