Hamza started his journey at Citrus College in 2023 after learning about our college from a friend and Citrus alumni. Our excellent transfer record to UC schools and ideal location near LA drove his decision to study at Citrus. After Citrus, Hamza plans to transfer out to UCLA, complete his bachelor’s degree, and return home ready to enter the workforce in his home country of Jordan. When asked about how he will remember Citrus, Hamza said, “It’s the best time of my life. I love the people, culture, everything.” We are so proud to have Hamza as a Citrus College Owl. Traveling this winter? Do not forget to request a travel signature and check your status before travelling! Make the request online on the ISC Portal or visit us in person to have your I-20 signed and enjoy peace of mind while you are abroad this winter.

Deck the ISC Halls
The ISC is all decorated for the Holidays! Visit the ISC lounge and take in the festive decorations and cozy Christmas vibes. Enjoy a hot coco while the fireplace lights up the projection screen and twinkling lights of the tree glimmer in the background. We had a lot of fun decorating this week while enjoying pie and refreshments. Thanks to all that participated and we hope all have an opportunity to visit us in the ISC this holiday season. ISC Holiday Karaoke Party!
The ISC Holiday Karaoke Party is back! One of the best events of the year is the ISC Holiday Karaoke Party and we can already hear the Christmas Carols filling the lounge as the big day approaches. Stop by on Friday, December 13 from 12pm-4pm for food, fun, and karaoke! Celebrate the closure of the Fall semester, the holiday season, and the incoming new year with all of us in the ISC.
