January 2025
Name: Miho Obata
Country: Japan
Major: Theatre Arts
Miho is a new student at Citrus this semester, but that hasn’t stopped her from being a consistent welcome presence at the ISC and across campus. She was introduced to Citrus through the advisors at NIC, one of our longest standing partner schools. Miho is a Theatre Arts major with the dream to be a stage performer. In her short time at Citrus, Miho has already performed in the Christmas performance, “Tommy Humbug and the Christmas Runaways” in Citrus College’s Little Theatre and we hope to see her on stage in many more performances at Citrus. She also received the ISC New Student Scholarship this Fall 2024. Congratulations on all you’ve accomplished in just one semester at Citrus!
ISC News
The Fall semester has officially come to a close. Students, faculty, and staff alike can take pride in all they’ve accomplished, from academic milestones to community events that brought us closer together. As winter break begins, it’s time to relax, recharge, and celebrate the holiday season. This well-deserved pause offers the perfect opportunity to reflect on the semester’s successes and prepare for the exciting year ahead or take some Winter units in preparation of the Spring semester. We are looking forward to next semester and a new year!
Enjoy the break, and we’ll see you this Spring!
Winter Term Enrollment is Open!
The holiday break is nearly here and that means the Winter term begins soon. January 6th is the first day of Winter classes. If you haven’t registered yet and want to take a course or two this winter break, you should register soon. If you have registered and not yet paid, the next “drop for non-payment” deadline is January 2nd at 6pm. Don’t forget that many winter courses are available online, which means you can register in winter courses even if you’re traveling this winter break!
If you are not taking any courses this Winter, we wish you a wonderful winter break.
Plan Your Spring Semester!
