Hamin Portrait

Name: Hamin Song
Country: South Korea
Major: Accounting

Hamin first learned about Citrus College from his sister, a Citrus College graduate. Her positive experience led Hamin to choose Citrus after a short stint studying in Ontario, Canada, and he hasn’t looked back since.

As an accounting major at Citrus, he plans to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona or another California State University, such as Fullerton or Long Beach to pursue his degree. When asked what he appreciated most about Citrus, Hamin mentioned the huge savings compared to four-year schools and the ISC support as a place he can always rely on.

ISC News

We are thrilled to welcome students back for an exciting Spring semester! Get ready for a vibrant and engaging term filled with exciting events and opportunities to connect with the Citrus College community. Check back with the ISC regularly this year for the amazing events we will host including a Mario Kart tournament, hiking in the beautiful foothills near the campus, the annual ISC Owl Hunt in April, and so much more.
We are looking forward to a great semester and year!

Happy Lunar New Year!

We joyfully welcome the Year of the Wood Snake. The Snake, in Chinese astrology, embodies intelligence, intuition, and adaptability. Like the serpent shedding its skin, this year encourages us to embrace renewal.
The Wood element brings a sense of growth and flexibility to the Snake’s inherent wisdom. Expect a year of introspection and inner peace, where careful planning and strategic moves will yield significant rewards.

To celebrate, the ISC is providing snacks and mahjong in the ISC Lounge from January 27-31.
