Program Description:

Online Only Non-US Part-Time Application

This application is for those who want to take online only classes from outside the US.

Requirements for those Accepted:
  • Only 6 units or two classes per term/semester will be allowed
  • Only one 6-8 week term (Winter or Summer) and one 16 week semester (Fall or Spring) will be allowed to attend 
  • There is currently a $50 application fee per term and per semester with each application.
  • To prove you are outside the US, you must provide a passport in order to run an I-94 check.
  • Taking classes online with a VPN is not advised.
    • To maintain the security and integrity of our online learning systems, we advise international students to avoid using VPNs to access online classes. VPN usage may trigger security flags, as some high-risk IP addresses are associated with fraudulent activity. 
    • Please note that if your VPN usage results in your IP address being flagged as high-risk, your enrollment in the online course may be subject to review and potential cancelation, and you may not be allowed to take any online classes going forward. 
    • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a secure and trustworthy learning environment. 
    • We are working hard to find a possible solution to this issue. 
If you are currently inside California with an active I-20 at another school and want to take classes at Citrus College part-time, concurrently, without transferring your I-20 to Citrus College, do not submit this application. Instead, click HERE to submit the general Part-Time Application on the ISC website.

If you are a local international high school student, please contact the School Relations and Outreach Office and submit your Concurrent Enrollment form directly to that office.
